Special Offering: Member Coaching Program (EQ Certification)

CESD Affiliated Coach:  This segment of people will be trained and certified to use the emotional intelligence instruments–EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360.  These individuals will be trained in the certification of the instrument at $300 ($1,500 value) to them. To be a CESD Affiliated Coach, you will need to meet the following requirements:  a) a zeal to see those in the religious community understand the basis and importance of emotional intelligence in their spiritual walk, b) be certified and trained through the Center for Emotional and Spiritual Development, c) become a member of CESD Affiliated Coach Network, d) Pay an annual fee of $200.00 for 3 years, e) be available for coaching assignment through the CESD at 1/2 the going market rate for coaching, f) pay an annual fee of $100 per year to access CESD coaching assignment and network.  The CESD will help the individuals develop their vocation in this area and help the individual understand the interaction of emotional intelligence with liberation and inner healing.  With the launch of the extended instrument, Christian Competency Index, this segment of people will be trained in the understanding and utilization of the instrument within the religious community.

CESD Non Affiliated Coach:  This segment of people will be trained and certified to use the emotional intelligence instruments–EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360.    These individuals will be trained in be trained in the certification of the instrument at the non profit rate of $1,500.    Due to the non-affiliation, these individuals who are members of the non-profit community will be free from any obligation to the Center after training.  They are free to go back to their individual house of worship, non-profit, churches to develop their vocation in this area.  Further, these individuals will be free to engage their own religious organizations in the area of emotional intelligence.
